Plan on visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyon if you want to avoid the summer heat and summer crowds.
You will get a much different view of the Grand Canyon from the North Rim. The weather is usually cooler, there are a lot less people, and the area isn't as developed as the South Rim
The North Rim offers spectacular views and plenty of day hikes that allow you to explore a different part of the Grand Canyon.
